It (almost) never fails. Tailored Driverfinds something, tells you how rare or uncommon it is, and within days, another one surfaces. Egg’s on our faces, right? With this one- not so much. A first-generation RS 7 with the Performance package and incredibly sought-after Akrapovic Titanium exhaust that was a factory option, this example is perhaps an even more interesting proposition than the last. It carried an original sticker of reportedly $160k, features deviated stitching in Blue throughout it’s cabin, and somewhere along the way, suffered what CarFax denotes as “Moderate” damage. That’s to say that while the selling dealer will not disclose their price, massive depreciation is to be expected, although an “I know what I’ve got” number is likely to be expected as well.
What: 1994 BMW 850 CSi Color: Laguna Green (lagunengrün; metallic UNI; B46; BMW) VIN: N/A Mileage: 109,912 km, 68,296 miles Price: €109,950 CarFax: N/A Window Sticker: N/A Location: Gallery Aaldering, Brummen, NL Listing:Link
Though Laguna Green Metallic was a standard color (in Europe at least) on the E31 BMW 8-Series, we’re going to give this car a pass because it’s decently rare and also because it’s an excellent spec.
Let’s start with the basics. The BMW 850 CSi of this era is a highly sought after car by Bimmerphiles and also purists alike for its relative affordability considering the fact that it boasts a 380 hp V12 engine and 6-speed manual transmission.
As for the specification, Laguna Green is a medium metallic green so not especially remarkable unless you just love green cars. Even still, the car has a handsome period two-tone interior that appears to be Lotus White with Black. We also note the sport steering wheel with BMW M color stitching.
What: 2025 Audi Q7 55 Color: Goodwood Green (goodwoodgrünperleffekt; metallic UNI; Z6X; Audi) VIN: WA1VVBF78SD021823 Mileage: Delivery Price: $101,855 CarFax: N/A Window Sticker: See Listing Link Location: Audi Flemington, Raritan Township, NJ Listing:Link
Goodwood Green has a robust heritage at Audi, having been a handsome darker green offered in any number of models over the years. Today, it’s a popular choice from the Audi exclusive color palette. The Q7 you see here that’s part of Audi Flemington’s new car inventory sports this color as part of an additional Audi exclusive option.
When you click through to the link, don’t let the “Q7 55 Premium” headline plus that price scare you. We checked the window sticker / Monroney attached to the listing and it’s a highly optioned Prestige where Audi’s good/better/best ladder of pre-packaging goes Premium/Premium Plus/Prestige. It’s also got Bang & Olufsen 3D sound, black optics, all-wheel steering, carbon fiber mirror caps, trailer hitch and some other options that mean it’s basically loaded.
What: 2024 Porsche 911 GT3 RS Color: Ice Grey Metallic (eisgraumetallic; metallic UNI; M7N / G7; Porsche) VIN: WP0AF2A91RS272263 Mileage: 1,433 miles Price: $389,888 CarFax:Link Window Sticker: N/A Location: Porsche San Luis Obispo, San Luis Obispo, CA Marketplace listing:Link
When it comes to the Porsche 911 GT3 RS, Ice Grey Metallic was a launch color that’s deemed a Special Color in the order books and one for which you’d pay a premium. Does that make it tailored? Well, we’d say that’s borderline but we’ll let it pass on a car as rare as the GT3 RS and in such a well-executed factory specification. That’s particularly the case when this cool shade of grey is paired with the same Satin Indigo Blue wheel finish first launched on the 718 GT4 RS models.
Other options for this car include Weissach Package, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) with calipers in yellow, front axle lift, deviated stitching package, surround sound, LED-Matrix Design headlights in black and more.
What: 2023 Audi RS 7 sportback Color: Audi exclusive Glacier White Matte Effect(matte effect; S9R; Audi) VIN: WP0EB0910KS170619 Mileage: 25,477 Miles Price: $109,999 CarFax:Link Window Sticker: Pictured Below Location: San Diego, CA Listing:Audi San Diego
Believe it or not, Audi exclusive currently offers no less than 8 different matte effect color options– Florett and Dew Silver, Daytona and Nardo Grey, Ascari Blue, Sonoma and District Green, and the Glacier White you see here. Seeing as the prospect is perhaps more tempting than the reality, we can understand why these 8 are rarely come to our attention in market, so when one finally does it makes the listing all the more noteworthy. Frequent Tailored Driver fliers Audi San Diego have one such offering, this Glacier White Matte Effect Audi RS 7 sportback. Under the California sun Glacier dances with a subtle cyan glow, even if the clearcoat is opaque. We think it’s a sharp package, and can’t imagine it will last long.
What: 1989 Porsche 911 3.2 Cabriolet Color: Paint to Sample Turquoise(türkis, non-metallic UNI; 6464 / 21M / 340; Porsche) VIN: WP0EB0910KS170619 Mileage: 100,090 Miles Price: $149,999 CarFax: N/A Window Sticker: N/A Location: Van Nuys, CA Listing:Velocity
“Probably the only one” says the description of this Tailored Driver, and if that is indeed the case, shame on the well-to-do of the late 80’s. Porsche’s Paint to Sample Turquoise is seldom seen, another shame which we can only chalk up to a lack of awareness. The color is vibrant and familiar yet completely underutilized- so much so that even Rennbow only has images of two factory-built examples. We’d be remiss to not also mention that exclusivity comes at a steep cost ($149,000 for a 3.2!), but as they say- go find another.
What: 2013 Audi TT RS Final Edition Color: Nimbus Grey Green (unknown) VIN: TRUB3AFK3D1901450 Mileage: 76,348 Miles Price: $37,995 CarFax:Link Window Sticker: N/A Location: Private Collection Motors, Costa Mesa, CA Listing:Link
There’s a funny thing about the 2013 TT RS Final Edition. It was supposed to be Nimbus Grey, the same color that adorned the original Audi TTS concept and was a staple in the early years of the TT. As the folks at Audi prepared to sunset the Mk2 Audi TT RS, they planned a limited run of 30 cars in the same specification.
Said specification was intended as something that would speak to TT enthusiasts. In addition to Nimbus Grey paint, it got black leather with red leather accents, sport exhaust, titanium-finished 19-inch “rotor” design wheels, heated seats and Technology Package that included adaptive xenon headlights and 12-speaker BOSE audio. That was all well and good, but when the TT RS Final Editions started showing up, you couldn’t miss the obvious. They weren’t grey at all. In fact, they were green. In person, they look like Nimbus Grey if you tinted it with a green more on the cyan side of the green spectrum.
It’s funny, when you see these cars listed they are often listed consistently with their window stickers, like this example on Bring a Trailer listed as Nimbus Grey. Park it next to a real Nimbus Grey car though and the difference is immediately obvious.
Whether that makes these cars more or less desirable is of course in the eye of the beholder. Regardless, this one appears to be a well preserved example with decently low miles.
What: 2023 Porsche 911 Sport Classic Color: Oslo Blue (osloblau; non-metallic UNI; Z77 / 6203; Porsche) VIN: WP0AG2A95PS252110 Mileage: 107 miles Price: $539,888 CarFax:Link Window Sticker: N/A Location: Porsche San Luis Obispo, San Luis Obispo, CA Marketplace listing:Link
Glass half empty, the exclusivity of the 992-generation Porsche 911 Sport Classic means that very few people had the opportunity to order one. Glass half full, this rarity also contributed to a high take rate for paint to sample services. In the case of this ultra low mileage example, that paint to sample color is 356-era Oslo Blue.
Effectively the 911 Sport Classic was a 911 Turbo, though it was the only Turbo to be offered with a manual. Like the original 997-era Europe-only 911 Sport Classic, it also featured a duck tail rear spoiler and double bubble roof panel.
Interestingly, this owner skipped the Pepita houndstooth fabric reintroduced in the original Sport Classic and offered in this newer version, instead keeping things simple with black leather.
Ultra-low mileage, one owner 1977 Ferrari 512 BB ‘Wide Body’ set for auction
The unique commission benefits from a host of bespoke cosmetic and mechanical enhancements
Estimated at £150,000-£170,000, it will go under the hammer with H&H Classics on Wednesday 9th April

A one-owner, exclusive commission 1977 Ferrari 512 BB ‘Wide Body’ with just 6,000 miles from new is going under the hammer with H&H Classics at its first Cambridgeshire auction of 2025.
Estimated at £150,000-£170,000, it is thought to be unique among the 101 UK-supplied right hand drive examples and will be auctioned on Wednesday 9th April at the Imperial War Museum in Duxford.
The eye-catching model has been uprated with wider wheels, various engine modifications and reshaped bodywork by supplying dealer Maranello Concessionaires. It has been maintained by Vince Mezzullo, a Maranello employee who bonded with the owner over their shared Sicilian ancestry, both during and after his time at the renowned dealership.
Finished in Rosso Chiaro with black hide and carpets, it has also benefitted from reworked front and rear aluminium clamshells plus reprofiled B-to-C-post sections and enlarged NACA cooling ducts.
John Markey, motorcar specialist at H&H Classics, said: “This Ferrari ‘Wide Body’ was commissioned by a serial Ferrari owner and while other Ferrari’s came and went, and not to mention other high-performance machines, this Prancing Horse always remained in his collection as a firm favourite.”
Now being offered for sale by his wife, this example is reputedly inspired by the factory sanctioned 512 BB Competizione cars which were campaigned by Charles Pozzi and NART at the 1978 Le Mans 24-hours.
John added: “This ‘Wide Body’ enjoys a host of bespoke cosmetic and mechanical enhancements and has been in ownership of the Morello family from new. It is a unique BB and has ultra-low mileage, making it worthy of close inspection.”
All lots will be available to view in person at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford from midday on Tuesday 8th and from 9am on Wednesday 9th April, while the sale then commences at 1pm. Anyone looking to bid on one of the lots can do so in person, online, by telephone or by leaving a commission bid.

More importantly if you’re thinking about buying it, the car’s got a salvage title. And while buying a salvage title six figure tailored car from an online auction can be a bit dicey to consider, it’s worth noting that the listing does have after accident photos, full receipts, pics from the process, etc.
We’re just including the beauty shots here. Check out more details after the jump… and hurry because we caught it late and there’s less than an hour on the auction.
