    Modena, Italy – At the historic Maserati plant on Viale Ciro Menotti, Modena, a space dedicated to the most refined customization of the House of the Trident’s cars has been created: in the new Officine Fuoriserie Maserati, there is no limit to customers’ wishes and the configuration process is enriched with an innovative painting line to produce the Maserati of their dreams.

    A century has passed since the hand of his brother and artist Mario Maserati designed the famous emblem, drawing inspiration from the statue of the Roman god Neptune in Bologna’s Piazza Maggiore. The symbol then found its place on the grille of the Tipo 26, making its debut the following year at the Targa Florio and beginning the glorious history of the manufacturer’s cars, first on the track and then on the road. 2025 is the year of the Trident.

    This is not just a logo, it is a symbol of heritage and innovation, of desires and luxury, of Maserati’s nature to always focus every decision-making process on the customer, to exalt their desires and make them possible. As such, the future of luxury is shaped, partly through customisations via the Fuoriserie Programme, with bold investments in bespoke design and technological innovation.

    Maserati Fuoriserie customisation programme
    Fuoriserie is the embodiment of Maserati’s bespoke artisanship. It is a process that stems from listening to the customer and provides the opportunity to customise every aspect of their car, from the body colours and in-car materials to the most minute detail of the finishes, with complete immersion in the configuration process.

    Indeed, it offers access to a wider range of body colours, liveries, brake callipers, rims and interior combinations.  Maserati Fuoriserie customers thus become the stylist of their car, using a personal designer.

    There are two levels of customisation: the first is the catalogue where, to assist in orientation through thousands of possibilities for combinations, two collections have been identified (Fuoriserie Corse and Fuoriserie Futura); the second is the Bespoke world of “tailor-made” in which cars are created with content specifically requested by the customer or as unique one-of-one models.

    The custom-built collections are dedicated to fans of timeless style and loyal enthusiasts for Maserati history. The Corse collection is inspired by the brand’s glorious heritage on the track, whereas Futura is designed for futurists who embrace change with enthusiasm and energy and are curious about the most avant-garde proposals.

    Collezione Corse: for fans of timeless style and gentleman drivers. The inspiration in this case is drawn from the past, from Heritage racing. The main features are colour, as a material, inspired by the reinterpretation of historical shades. The liveries are inspired by iconic racing cars, reinterpreted with a contemporary flair and made entirely of paint, with no decals. Another sporty detail, but more sophisticated and subtle, are the dreamlines, chromatic signs that emphasise the volumes of the bodywork.

    The exteriors are also embellished with dedicated brake callipers that add new colours to the range to match the liveries, as well as anodised colour treatments and more outstanding, prestigious finishes such as polish. The interiors are joined by new, more heritage-based leather colours, inspired by tanned vegan leather, and contemporary upholstery, reminiscent of traditional combed melange wool.

    Collezione Futura: for futurists, fans of technology and new materials, people who welcome and encourage every change with enthusiasm and energy.
    This collection – based on the concept of material and chromatic experimentation, with the support of technological innovation – stands as a stylistic workshop where the Maserati brand experiments with the combination of new materials derived from the interior design, product design and sportswear industries. In addition to aesthetics, a great deal of attention is paid to the performance and sustainability of the materials. 
    The chromatic experimentation of body colours also sees more extreme or industrial shades combined with textured or matte finishes with interference pigments. Even the two-tone of the bodywork in this collection becomes unexpected and extreme, creating new, more graphic breakdowns.

    Finally, the pinnacle of tailoring is reached with the Bespoke cars, where the experience becomes unique and creativity knows no limits.

    The Fuoriserie programme is evolving and expanding, aiming at offering an even more unique experience. It has been given a dedicated space within the historic headquarters in Modena, at Maserati’s home for over 80 years. This is where the Officine Fuoriserie have opened: technology meets artisanship, while creativity and customisation know no limits thanks to the possibilities of painting all the models in the current range.

    Officine Fuoriserie is a comprehensive tailor-made journey where the experience of buying a car is all-encompassing and seamless, from the initial configuration to the dedicated delivery to the factory.

    It all begins in the showroom, in a renovated Fuoriserie lounge area dedicated to the Maserati customer, full of materials from the Catalogue or Bespoke, with an innovative configurator created for the bespoke world, where initial decisions can be made in constant dialogue between the Fuoriserie teams and the designers of the Maserati Centro Stile. We then move on to the pre-existing painting area, where the preparation for the manual paintwork and quality controls take place. Then we arrive in the new innovative paintwork area, for a very high-tech process. After the automated painting, it is divided into three stages: cleaning room; robotic painting and resting, firing at 80°C, double firing. The artisan customisation of the details is then finished.

    In the new Officine, more than 20 workstations are ready every day to paint the models in the range, such as the Grecale, MC20, GT2 Stradale, GranTurismo and GranCabrio. The latest technologies cover a dedicated surface area of 4,000 m2, with an innovative paint shop that offers customers a wide choice of colours that are constantly evolving both chromatically and in terms of technology, as well as a broad palette of liveries inspired by the brand’s Racing and Heritage DNA.

    At full capacity, the new project could eventually involve up to 110 highly specialised employees, 40 of whom have already been trained in ensuring the highest quality for all Maserati tailor-made cars.

    The line is the perfect synthesis of the most advanced technologies and the most refined artisanship. The revamped paint shop can complete work on 24 cars per day, in up to eight units per shift, for a total of 24 potential colours on a daily basis.

    MC20 Cielo Less is More…?
    For the opening of the Officine, Maserati presents Maserati MC20 Cielo “Less is More…?”,a new and exclusive One-Off, the epitome and icon of the Fuoriserie programme’s most extraordinary production, with the ability to give form to the customer’s every desire.

    It is a special MC20 Cielo customised with design cues inspired by the Bauhaus art movement, full of fine details and complex workmanship, such as a dedicated livery and specially designed body colours.

    The exterior of this unique model features geometries that run along the entire length of the car, from the front to the rear. Just as the Bauhaus movement praised simple and abstract shapes in honour of a clean and minimalist aesthetic, likewise the Blu Corse Matte bodywork is embellished with an exclusive livery featuring dots, lines, triangles and rectangles that form a stylised Trident on the bonnet.

    The succession of colours – chosen using the classic tones seen in Bauhaus as a starting point and reinterpreting them with a Maserati flair – is almost musical. The geometric shapes range from Rosso Capannelle Gloss, the shade used on the House of the Trident’s first racing cars, to Giallo Avia Pervia Gloss, recalling the Modena emblem, and to Bianco Audace, the launch colour of Maserati MC20 in its matte finish, here proposed with a polished finish that uses meticulous manual processing.
    Further details come in Azzurro Himmelblau and in Nero, while the most attentive will also recognize the presence of orange, the same Arancio Devil created to remember Maria Teresa De Filippis – the first woman to qualify for a Formula 1 Grand Prix, having done so aboard a Maserati 250F – and Viola Salchi, taken from the customisation of a Ghibli SS Coupé.

    To complete the exterior, the MC20 Cielo “Less is More…?” features 20″ Corsa Forgiati Opachi wheels with Blue Classic brake callipers and an original colour combination for each rim. In the front, the two wheel rims might combine a red profile with a yellow hubcap or a yellow profile with a blue hubcap, in which case the combinations at the rear become white and red or blue and white.

    The artistic appeal in the use of different shades is carried over to each finish: artists such as Wassily Kandinsky and Paul Klee – who taught at the Bauhaus – explored the use of expressive and “contrasting” colour, in the same way as the details of this exclusive MC20 Cielo with specific badges and the Trident logo in Bianco Gloss.

    MODENA, Italy – The Maserati GranCabrio range is the leading light at The I.C.E. St Moritz where, on Friday, February 21, 2025, the GranCabrio was presented in its new 483-HP version. Already available on the GranTurismo that completes the range, this engine combines the performance and comfort characteristic of the coupé version with the option of driving in the open air. Also unveiled was the one-of-a-kind GranCabrio Trofeo ONE of ONE – THE I.C.E., designed as part of the Maserati Fuoriserie Customization Program.

    The spirit of the open-air “Italian grand tourer” and the performance typical of the Modena brand are the leading lights in an extremely comprehensive offering, the broadest ever proposed for the Maserati convertible. It is now available both with the TWIN TURBO combustion engine in the 483 HP version, the 542 HP Trofeo version, and with the 100% electric Folgore powertrain.

    At The I.C.E, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and the most famous frozen lake in the Engadin region of Switzerland, the GranCabrio on display features the Verde Giada body color, with black brake callipers, and 20” (front) and 21” (rear) wheels with Crio (Imola) diamond-cut gloss black design. The interior is in an ice-coloured perforated full-grain leather, with the Maserati Trident logo embroidered on the headrest. The specifications of the model on display – featuring the Sonus faber high premium sound system with 19 speakers – is complemented by 3D carbon-fiber finishes and adaptive full LED headlights with a dark finish.

    This version of the GranCabrio is a style icon and the perfect interpreter of the purest performance thanks to refined details such as the retractable soft top, to enjoy the best open-air experience, space for four true seats with the comfort required even for long journeys, whereas the 483 HP 3.0-litre V6 Nettuno Twin Turbo enables the car to reach 186 mph, with acceleration from 0 to 62 mph in just four seconds.

    As with the Trofeo, the 483 hp version also comes with all-wheel drive (AWD) as standard and air suspension, to ensure the utmost performance without sacrificing comfort in full “granturismo” spirit, even in the open air.

    Maserati always focuses every decision-making process on the customer and the entire GranCabrio range is only one example of this: to fulfil the wishes of the most discerning, the color palette has been revamped and extended with a particular elegance, as with hues like Verde Giada.

    To satisfy more sporty customers, orders will open in March with the Trident’s official dealer network for the new Sports Exhaust, providing the GranTurismo and GranCabrio Trofeo range with purer and more adrenaline-fuelled sounds, to emphasize some of the brand’s iconic features: the unmistakable Maserati sound and racing DNA.

    Maserati is synonymous with Italian luxury around the world and to epitomize this concept at 2025’s The I.C.E St Moritz, the special GranCabrio Trofeo ONE of ONE – THE I.C.E. has been unveiled, as an exclusive car created as part of the Maserati Fuoriserie Customization Program.

    Dedicated to winter charm, the GranCabrio Trofeo ONE of ONE – THE I.C.E. features a customized exterior in an exclusive body color created specifically, known as Ice Liquid tri-coat, a rich and refined three-layer paint that brings to mind the setting of the frozen lake on which the car was unveiled to the public for the first time.

    To complete the exterior, specific badges, and contrasting side air intakes in a Gloss White finish, as well as forged wheels with Astreo design, paired with gloss blue brake callipers. To finish off the customisation, the Blue Marine soft top, which opens to reveal the beautiful ice-colored leather interior and 3D touch carbon-fiber finishes.

    Modena, Italy – Maserati is thrilled to introduce Fuoriserie By, a refined collection of cars curated by select tastemakers and friends of the Trident. The exclusive collection has been designed by Japanese street culture legend and friend of the Trident Hiroshi Fujiwara, aiming to inspire car lovers to express their own bespoke vision of the ultimate Italian luxury sports car.

    Following a long-standing partnership with Japanese brand Fragment, Maserati unveils two contrasting versions of its super sports car MC20 Cielo, re-imagined by creative director Hiroshi Fujiwara under the umbrella of the Trident’s Fuoriserie personalization programme. These super sports cars are more than simple objects, they become tailor-made garments to be proudly worn along the streets of the world fusing Maserati’s style and Hiroshi Fuijwara’s character.

    For the very first time, Maserati has replaced its iconic Trident emblem – proudly showcased on the MC20 Cielo’s tonneau cover – with Fragment’s double lightning bolt icon. Two editions of MC20 Cielo Fuoriserie by Hiroshi Fujiwara have been conceived, one in Nero Vulcano color with Fragment’s badge in matte black and one in Bianco Audace color with Fragment’s badge in matte white. Inside, it features 6-way power sport seats in black full leather with white stitching​. The unmistakable Trident is embroidered on the headrest​s, and the sport steering wheel is in black Alcantara with white stitching. An exclusive metal plate celebrating the collaboration between Maserati and Hiroshi Fujiwara is applied between the two headrests.

    The MC20 Cielo is a one-of-a-kind car that can deliver the performance of a true super sports car, together with a holistic and immersive driving pleasure the like of which has never been seen before. Produced at the historic plant in Modena, MC20 Cielo is equipped with the powerful F1-derived V6 Nettuno engine, and it offers a perfect mix of sportiness and luxury, thanks to an innovative and unique retractable smart glass roof, which can instantly be transformed from clear to opaque at the touch of a button.

    The leading light for the Trident was the Maserati GranCabrio Folgore Tignanello, created as a result of the tailor-made experience of the Maserati Fuoriserie customisation programme. The first 100% electric luxury cabriolet is inspired by the history and powerful character of the renowned Italian wines produced by Marchesi Antinori, one of the oldest and most illustrious winemaking families in Italy, which reflects the same passion and the strong values of tradition and innovation that have always characterised the spirit of Maserati.

    GranCabrio Folgore Tignanello is a unique model made specially for the 50th anniversary of Tignanello, an event at which the car was unveiled in person for the first time at Chantilly, to follow its presentation in July at Festival Napa Valley, California.

    Having gone under the hammer at the 2024 Arts for All Gala, one of the most important arts and education charity events in the US, held during the festival, GranCabrio Folgore Tignanello stopped off in Europe to catch the eye of the audience of connoisseurs and enthusiasts attending Chantilly Arts & Elegance Richard Mille: a perfect setting to celebrate all the uniqueness and refined customisation of one of the Modena-based marque’s most exclusive creations.

    On Friday 16 August, the car was unveiled to the public gathered for the unmissable annual event in the renowned US resort, in the prestigious setting of The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, the highlight of the motorsport week dedicated to connoisseurs and enthusiasts.

    Maserati GT2 Stradale is an ode to the most extraordinary and exclusive sportiness, the result of a technical and stylistic partnership between the Maserati GT2, a masterpiece of performance created for the brand’s return to GT competitions, and Maserati MC20, an iconic Trident car imbued with an unmistakable style.

    Starting from an already excellent basis, Maserati has developed a car that can combine the best of the brand’s racing and mass production, transferring the hallmarks of the track model and ensuring a further evolution of its most beloved super sports car.

    The Maserati GT2 Stradale combines in-depth technology transfer of the purest performance, typical of a racing car, combined with the intrinsic qualities of the MC20. The new super sports car thus evokes style and racing performance, while ensuring an ideal feeling and comfort in all conditions of use, without sacrificing the best driving experience on the road, typical of Maserati’s offering.

    With a top speed of over 320 km/h, maximum output increased to 640 hp (10 hp more than the MC20), a weight decreased by 60 kg and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds, Maserati GT2 Stradale promises unparalleled sensations and superior performance, partly thanks to its sophisticated aerodynamics and attractive design inherited from its racing sibling.

    Modena, Italy – On Wednesday 31 July in Stresa, in the enchanting setting of Lake Maggiore, two special Maseratis – symbols of the Modena-based company’s most exclusive and extraordinary custom-built production – were delivered to a passionate Trident customer in the US, a significant entrepreneur in the biomedical sector.

    One is the last Quattroporte – as well as the final model made with the V8 combustion engine – renamed for the grandiose Quattroporte Grand Finale farewell from the automotive scene. The other, MC20 Iris, referring to all the colours of the rainbow (iris is the Latin equivalent) that feature all over the car, inside and out.

    Thanks to the fine details and complex workmanship used in both cars, designed as part of the Maserati Fuoriserie customisation programme, the House of the Trident has produced two unique creations to fulfil the requirements of a customer who has witnessed the customisation of two leading lights in the brand’s history becoming a reality: the Quattroporte luxury saloon, for six generations the perfect interpreter of Maserati excellence, and the more modern Maserati MC20, an iconic super sports car with an unmistakable style.

    The exterior of the Quattroporte Grand Finale features the elegant Blu Nobile colour, with the body kit made of carbon fibre, painted in the same tone, and brake callipers in brushed aluminium. The last Quattroporte Maserati will ever make is equipped with the unforgettable, powerful 572-hp V8 engine. On the windscreen, and inside the driver door, the identification number of the car is imprinted: 999999. A custom cover has also been created to house the roaring engine, imprinted with the signatures of the Fuoriserie team and the engineers who worked on the project.

    The interiors are a tribute to meticulous Italian artisanship and renowned mastery, to enhance the high-quality materials and meet the customer’s specific requests: these include the steering wheel with burl accents, door panels in tan, A-pillar in black leather, Trident logo with black stitching on the headrest, leather-lined boot and passenger door handle accents in burl. The special ‘Grand Finale’ badge on the central tunnel, and the dedicated door sill with the same wording, give the Quattroporte Grand Finale a decidedly distinctive appearance, for a car that even in its latest version is confirmed as an undisputed icon.

    The MC20 Iris is another very special car, the result of the equally precise and detailed artisanship of Maserati engineers, who requested greatest experts in the industry, for a final result that would be difficult to replicate. The car’s common thread is the rainbow (iris), a motif personally chosen by the customer. The lively and futuristic AI Aqua Rainbow colour distinguishes the exterior and is reproduced on the Trident in plain sight in the centre of the hubcaps, defining this car’s strong stylistic personality.

    In the cabin, the AI Aqua Rainbow colour enhances the stitching that serves as the standout feature on the armrest, on the central tunnel – both in ICE leather, the first time a tunnel has been made of this prestigious material – and on the steering wheel.

    The ‘+’ and ‘-’ signs on the steering wheel paddles are also the same colour as the viewfinder on the upper rim of the steering wheel, rather than in white. The door sill is embellished with the laser-cut ‘MC20 Iris’ lettering; the AI Aqua Rainbow colour returns in the stitching, the standout feature on the engine compartment and the boot. In this specific, exclusive guise packed with refined details, the MC20 is once again a first of its kind, a car that combines Maserati tradition and the best elements that characterise the brand’s future.

    Goodwood, UK – From 11 to 14 July, Maserati will be there at the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed, with a multi-pronged tribute to the super sports car par excellence: the innovative, first-of-its-kind MC20.

    The Trident halo car with its unmistakable style – launched in 2020 as the first model equipped with the innovative V6 Nettuno engine – is a one-of-a-kind car that has carved out a leading role in both its eclectic versions, coupé and convertible, and is always ready to take over the stage at the biggest, most popular motorsport events in the world.

    One of these is the Goodwood Festival of Speed in West Sussex, southern England: every year, it brings together legendary drivers, teams and modern heroes of motorsport, alongside the most beautiful and most coveted models on two and four wheels, from both the present and the past.

    At Goodwood, two MC20 special series will be unveiled live for the first time: the MC20 Icona and MC20 Leggenda, produced in a limited edition of 20 units each, created to celebrate a very important anniversary for Maserati, a brand with a glorious past on the track in FIA GT competitions.

    The two cars are intended as a tribute to the victorious MC12 and to the two decades since the Trident’s return to competition in 2004, when it arrived back on the racetrack after 37 years away from the chequered flag.

    For this major anniversary, two special liveries have been designed, inspired by the MC12 Stradale and MC12 GT1 Vitaphone respectively. The cars include various features from the Fuoriserie personalisation programme: refined and exclusive liveries and interiors, finally offered up for the public to appreciate them up close and personal. 

    On display in the Supercar Paddock, dedicated to breathtaking cars and the purest performance, the MC20 Icona and MC20 Leggenda will be in the company of another iconic creation of the Modena-based marque: the MC12 Versione Corse.

    Developed in 2006 and based on its racing sibling, it was designed for exclusive non-competitive use on the track and produced in a limited series (only 12 customer units and one prototype): with its extraordinary 755-hp V12 engine, it epitomised a car that has written unforgettable chapters in the history of motorsport.

    Rounding off the quartet of the Trident’s stars will be an exclusive MC20 Cielo in Blu Victory, also on show in the Supercar Paddock. With its bewitching paintwork, the immersive spyder whose retractable glass roof can provide a superior experience features the Trident painted in white on the tonneau cover.
    The metallic colour of the MC20 Cielo in Blu Victory from the Collezione Corse Fuoriserie was selected to take up the nuance of the MC12 from 20 years ago.

    At the Goodwood Festival of Speed, the MC20 Icona, MC20 Leggenda and MC20 Cielo will offer up a taste of all their extraordinary power and appeal when they take part in unmissable Hillclimb, the highlight of the Festival, where classic and modern racing cars and motorcycles will be whizzing up the 1.16 miles of the renowned hill: an unparalleled catwalk, where Maserati will also be putting its extraordinary creations on show.
