When we think about the remasters, Singer Vehicle Design definitely sets the bar for the rest of the field. Their level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is really above and beyond. And, now that they’ve expanded into their latest Classic Turbo range, it’s fascinating to see them expand the Singer tailoring formula.
Most know that Singer began with a reimagining of the Porsche 964, backdating it first to more of an early ’70s 911 of the iconic so-called “long hood” era. More recently, they’ve gone a different direction with their 964-based builds, offering their Classic Turbo formula that reimagines the bigger bumper 80s G-body look that is perhaps more appealing to a younger clientele who hark those rad-era 911s.
This latest round of photos was shot at Goodwood Motor Circuit, and it times not long after the Goodwood Revival. The car itself is handsome enough in Palm Green Metallic, but it’s inside the cabin where their craftsmen really went above and beyond.
The Cognac leather is accented by woven leather seating surfaces patterned after Porsche’s iconic Pasha waving checkered flag cloth. Wood accents add a further level of luxury to this Classic Turbo, with warm brown wood tones on the dash strip, gear shift, handbrake and even door panels where it artfully integrates the door release lever in a way that much improves the classic appearance of those iconic door panel saddle bags.

The Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG is a rare car, and painted a special paint color does make it even more uncommon. So, it’s important to underline that this is an exceptionally rare car just as we’re about to tell you it’s pretty common.
Okay, it’s not exactly grey C-class common, but it’s a highly sought-after premium SUV (G63) in a the commonly chosen special paint color Manufaktur Olive Metallic. Think of it as a Gulf Blue 911. One sort of begets the other.
And why shouldn’t it? If you can afford one of Merc’s current big G-wagens, then ordering it in this color is a solid move. The overall look is stunning, especially when paired with Espresso Brown and Black Leather as this specimen.

Maybe you caught it at The Quail during Monterey Car Week, or perhaps you’ve been cruising the Porsche configurator and building your own. We find it hard to ignore when Porsche throws their internal product creative teams at styling modern Porsche models with iconic design cues all wrapped up in a timeless way… ways like the 911 Turbo 50 Years package.
We noticed Porsche added some great official marketing shots of the car to their social media platforms recently. The marketing specification is great-looking Aventurine Green that’s almost a grey at times… when seen either in these shots or live at Monterey Car Week.
If you want to see the post in question, check it out HERE and give them a follow. And, if you want to build your own, HERE is a link to the car in their U.S. configurator tool.
Woof. When this BMW Individual Slate Green Metallic (slategrün; metallic; 449; BMW) M3 Coupe (VIN: WBSBL93422JR16526) popped up on our radar, we were quite simply floored. A claimed 1-of-1 spec in a color that may have raised more than a few eyebrows in Munich when ordered, Slate Green Metallic paired with Cinnamon leather and Style 163M wheels commonly found on the Competition package is peak M3.
Currently on offer at Ryan Friedman Motor Cars, this M3 has covered just 8,947 miles since new. That works out to be about 406 miles annually, which means the car really was never used, and likely never really will be either. So what we have here is genuinely a real contender for best E46 M3 in existence, which will go on to be a crown jewel in someone’s private collection, or become s centerpiece at one of the world’s more prestigious museums.
If you’ve got the means, do not hesitate to give Ryan Friedman Motor Cars a call, or if you’re feeling frisky just click the Buy It Now button on their site and work out the details later. After all, this is one that you likely won’t see again. Check out the full listing for this Tailored Driver, here.
Alright, we’ll level with you. Green over tan isn’t exactly groundbreaking, and if you’ve been here for a bit you’ve certainly seen it before. But for the truly afflicted, the nuance of this Audi exclusive RS 6 Avant in Oak Green Metallic paired with Cognac extended leather an matching(!) seat belts is clearly a cut above.
Currently on offer at Audi Pacific in Torrance, California, the RS 6 (VIN: WUA1CBF22NN902419) you see here represents arguably the best of the Volkswagen Group’s portfolio- a monumentally fast wagon in a Porsche color. Equally at home in the canyons and in the pick-up line at your local elementary school, we simply have zero edits. Whoever initially spec’d this one crushed it.
Having covered just under 17,000 miles and priced at $103,995, this Audi exclusive Oak Green Metallic RS 6 Avant seems like a pretty good deal too. It’s clearly been loved, used, and it’s ready for the right home. We sincerely hope that home is with one of you.

One of a claimed 34 to be produced in BMW Individual Java Green over Silverstone leather, this Tailored Driver (VIN: WBS8M9C51J5K98980) has quite a lot going for it. Apart from the obvious BMW Individual Java Green paint and must-have Competition package, the original curator if this spec opted 666M wheels in black, the Executive and Driver Assistance packages along with the incredibly tasteful but often overlooked extended leather package.
In the 36,000 miles since taking delivery, this M3 saw quite a few performance add-ons as well including a full turbo-back exhaust, intakes, upgraded intercoolers and injectors, and a stage 2 tune to ensure it all works cohesively. Add to that the OEM+ items from the GTS variant and a Vargas V2 crank hub as preventative maintenance, and it’s a fairly compelling package if you’re into this sort of thing.
This BMW Individual Java Green M3 is currently offered for sale at Clearwater, Florida’s Premier Auto Lounge for an asking price of $65,500. See additional images and get more details on this Tailored Driver, here.
Paying tribute at Pebble Beach to the three-pointed star’s competition at the Nürburgring was this unique Mercedes-AMG GT R surrounded by legendary racing cars of the same marque. Mercedes aimed to celebrate its own 130 years in motorsport as a theme at its Monterey Car Week installation, and the specification on this GT R did just that.
GT3 versions of the car are stalwart competitors in the VLN and 24 Hours of Nürburgring, an iconic race at an iconic track also known as “The Green Hell”. It’s from that race that this medium green hue from MANUFAKTURE takes its name – Green Hell Magno (greenhellmagno; pearlescent metallic matte; 376; Mercedes-Benz).
We weren’t able to gain access to the inside of this one, but the specification listing for the car confirms the interior is black MB-Tex with Dinamica.

An Audi RS6 in Audi exclusive Goodwood Green Pearl Effect (goodwoodgrün; pearl effect UNI; Z6X; Audi) over Cognac Brown leather may not be the most unique build undertaken by Ingolstadt, but things like this are generally popular for a very good reason. Understated, practical, and classy are all perfectly apt descriptions of this Tailored Driver.
The Audi exclusive Goodwood Green RS6 you see here (VIN: WUA1CBF28PN906185) was originally sold by Audi Tulsa, and has covered approximately 11,000 drama-free miles. Apart from the occasional pops and bangs from the exhaust, this RS6 is sure to fly well under the radar. But with nearly 600 horsepower on tap, it’s more than able to put just about anything (or any one) in their place should your right foot need a stretch.
At a Buy It Now price of $139,950, it does beg the question though- for the extra $5,000, would you opt to Tailor your own? Let us know in the comments below.

Porsche has released details on a Taycan Turbo S one-off for Southeast Asian markets that has some pretty unique flair. It also reveals new capabilities for their Paint to Sample program, and confirms Leather to Sample and beyond that a significantly expanded Sonderwunsch program for Taycan models.
Inspiration for the car comes from Jade, and the paint shows off a first-ever pairing of Chromaflair paint and a gradient shift. The gradient shift is sort of like Cannondale mountain bike frames in the 1990s that shifted one color to another front to back. Here though, it’s at a much higher level of time and skill invested.
For starters, both colors are Chromaflair, meaning thin flakes that shift in color. The two paints in question are the green/gold hue of Urban Bamboo and dark grey/blue hue of Shifting Carbon. Applying it with that shift is about 80 hours of work.
Inside, the cabin is also extensively reworked, with Englishgreen and Slate Grey leather, not to mention a few other touches and unique logo icon to set the Celestial Jade apart.
See the full detail in the press release below, with gallery of photos below that.
PRESS RELEASE: Inspired by the precious gemstone jade: Taycan Turbo S Celestial Jade
World premiere in Singapore at regional Taycan launch
Unique look: first-ever Chromaflair paintwork with colour gradient
Elegance: varnished carbon-weave elements and “Leather to Sample”
Unique logo created to pay homage to vibrant Southeast Asian region
Stuttgart/Singapur. Fascinating metamorphosis: In the depths of the Earth, a miraculous transformation takes place that produces the precious gemstone of jade. Over thousands of years, minerals in the Earth’s crust heat up and are subjected to great pressure before they crystallise and fuse together. Minor changes in temperature or pressure leave their mark on the rock, creating patterns of green, yellow, gold, white, and sometimes blue. This unique journey from their mineral origins to master artisans, from multi-faceted natural stone to jewellery, is the foundation of the timeless appeal of jade.
Inspired by this precious gemstone, the Taycan Turbo S Celestial Jade, an extraordinary one-off, was created through the Sonderwunsch programme. Together with the Porsche Asia Pacific team, the designers and paint experts at Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur sought to reflect the vibrance and innovation of the Southeast Asia in their own craftsmanship, paying tribute to this important region with bespoke touches and mythical symbols.
The Taycan Turbo S Celestial Jade will celebrate its world premiere at a spectacular Taycan regional launch event on 5 September in Singapore. From there, the one-off model will go on display in various locations in Southeast Asia before being auctioned off for a good cause in 2025.
This Sonderwunsch production is based on the extensively upgraded Taycan of model year 2024. The new versions have more power, more range, accelerate quicker and charge faster with greater stability. The Turbo S has up to 700 kW (952 PS) peak power¹ with Launch Control and sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.4 seconds, making it 0.4 seconds faster than its predecessor.
World premiere: elaborate Chromaflair paintwork with colour gradient For the first time ever, in the Taycan Turbo S Celestial Jade, Porsche has blended two Chromaflair effect paints. The preparation and implementation phases for this were both very elaborate, with development taking around a year. The paintwork itself was done exclusively by hand and took around 80 work hours.
Chromaflair pigments contain extremely thin “flakes” that appear to shift in colour depending on how you look at them. These flakes consist of an opaque, reflective core layer of aluminium, which is then surrounded by a glass-like layer. This transparent layer looks different colours depending on the thickness. All together the flakes are only 1 µm thick. By comparison, human hair is 50 times thicker than this. This gradient paint isn’t just found on the body of the Sonderwunsch Taycan: the rear model designation, the “Electric” logo on the side and the key fob cover also have this impressive finish.
“Urban Bamboo”, a bright green with yellow and gold tones, and “Shifting Carbon”, a dark grey with black and blue tones, were chosen as the colour combination. It culminates in the transcendent name of the vehicle: Celestial Jade. Especially in Asia, jade is a noble and precious material that is rich in tradition and associated with happiness and longevity. Carbon, by contrast, symbolises the pioneering spirit of Porsche. This innovative and powerful colour is often seen in the world of motor racing. The material is robust, light and durable.
Bespoke logo with symbolic power, special carbon-weave finish components In addition to the spectacular Chromaflair exterior paintwork, the one-off car features a specially designed logo in several places. The logo is inspired by “LongMa”, a mythical being with a dragon’s head (“Long”) and the body of a horse (“Ma”) said to be of great power and strength, and an auspicious symbol bringing good luck. The motif is also adds a layer of meaningful symbolism to the Taycan Turbo S Celestial Jade, since 2024 is also the chinese Zodiac Year of the Dragon, and the horse reflects the Taycan, with Turkish origins meaning a ‘Young Horse’. The “LongMa” logo on the Taycan Turbo S Celestial Jade can be seen on the sill guards of the front and rear doors, on the door projector and all headrests.
Another highlight, designed to match the Chromaflair paintwork, is the carbon-weave finish components in varnished Carbon. These replace the standard Turbonite-coloured inlays on the front bumper, on the side skirts and on the rear diffuser. The airblades on the wheels are also made from this special, hand-crafted material. The varnish allows the carbon-fibre compound to shine through. Depending on the angle you look at it from, the surface shimmers in different hues.
“Leather to Sample” now also available for the Taycan In addition to the ten leather and 15 seam colours that Porsche offers as standard for the Taycan, “Leather to Sample” is now also available for this model series via the Sonderwunsch programme. This further customisation option celebrates its premiere with the Taycan Turbo S Celestial Jade. The interior specialists from the Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur have combined the standard colour Slate Grey with the “Leather to Sample” option Englishgreen. This elegant, dark green can be found in the doors, the centre console and the front and rear seats. In addition to Englishgreen, the “Leather to Sample” programme includes around 150 colours.
For especially individual requests, Porsche goes a step further: with “Leather to Sample Plus”, the colour can be chosen almost entirely freely. Inquiries can be made through the Porsche Centres, and the experts at Porsche AG will then check the feasibility.
About the Sonderwunsch programme Porsche is reinterpreting its legendary Sonderwunsch programme from the late 1970s, which will enable it to design individualised, one-off cars – co-created by the customer and professionally produced by Porsche. The offering has now been expanded. In addition to the ability to commission individual customer colour and material requests directly in production at the factory, this expansion also includes subsequent Factory Re-Commissioning and Factory One-Off services for vehicles that have already been delivered to the customer.
Customers can contact their Porsche Centre for customisations on new cars. If the request is beyond the bounds of what the Car Configurator can offer, the Sonderwunsch process kicks into gear with an arranged personal customer consultation at Zuffenhausen or one of the international locations, such as Atlanta or Los Angeles. Here, experts from the manufacturer evaluate individual customer requests and take care of the technical approval for the relevant Factory Commissioning area. Typical Sonderwunsch features range from leather in the luggage compartment to painting the whole exterior in multiple colours using different types of paint surface technology.
